Terms & conditions
These terms govern the supply of research materials by Alpha Peptides Ltd. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of them.
1. Research use only
All materials are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by appropriately qualified persons. They are not medicinal products, not for human or veterinary use, and not for consumption in any form. By ordering you confirm you are purchasing for lawful research purposes.
2. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years of age and, where required, affiliated with a research institution or business. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude delivery unless stated. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. Where a pricing or stock error is identified we will contact you before proceeding.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom on a tracked service, typically the next working day for orders placed before 15:00 GMT. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
5. Returns
Due to the nature of the materials, unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Opened or reconstituted material cannot be accepted. Contact us before returning anything.
6. Documentation
A batch-specific certificate of analysis is supplied with every order and remains available through the certificates page for the life of the batch.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We accept no responsibility for any use of the materials outside laboratory research.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
