Shipping & returns
How orders are packed, dispatched and tracked, and the conditions under which material can be returned.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 15:00 GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, or at a weekend, leave on the next working day.
Delivery
United Kingdom orders travel on a tracked 24-hour service. International orders travel on a tracked courier service; transit times vary by destination and any import duty or clearance charge is the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
Vials are lyophilised and stable in transit. Each shipment is packed in plain, unbranded outer packaging with protective inserts, and includes the batch-specific certificate of analysis for every item in the order.
Tracking
A tracking reference is emailed at dispatch and can also be entered on our order tracking page.
Returns
Unopened vials in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened, reconstituted or otherwise handled material cannot be accepted for safety and integrity reasons. Contact us before returning anything so we can issue a returns reference.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged, or does not match your order, email hello@apeptides.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace or refund the affected item.
